Stop Guessing What Works on LinkedIn (Start Getting Results)
Every day, talented leaders post great ideas that get zero traction. Why? Because they don't have a proven content that works in 2025.
In my keynote session at Future-Proofing Sales 2025, I'm revealing the exact 3-step system I use to create stand-out LinkedIn content (in less than 2 hours per week).
The "One Word" technique for picking your niche
My go-to framework for content that motivates prospects to reach out to you
How to turn your daily sales calls into weeks of engaging content using AI
No more guessing what works. No more wasting time on posts that flop. Just a practical system for turning LinkedIn into your most powerful sales channel.
Everyone wants it. Marketing teams obsess over it. And yeah, attention's great — it gets eyes on your content, drives engagement, and makes your metrics look sexy.
But attention is fleeting. It's here today, gone tomorrow faster than that viral LinkedIn post you wrote last week.
What you really want is mindshare.
While attention helps you show up in someone's feed, mindshare makes you show up in their thoughts.
It's the difference between "Oh yeah, I saw their post" and "You know who would be perfect for this?"
Here's what I mean:
Attention gets you noticed Mindshare gets you remembered Attention drives engagement Mindshare drives opportunities Attention is temporary Mindshare is permanent
Because here's the truth: You have to win mindshare before you can win market share.
The best marketing doesn't just get attention — it changes how peoplethink and act.
It rewires their brain to associate you with specific problems, solutions, or ideas.
Think of great marketing like an industrial magnet.
It makes prospects, partners, and opportunities gravitate toward you.
The Secret? A Sharp Point of View
In my experience running marketing teams and advising dozens more, I've learned that the best way to win mindshare is with a sharp, distinctive point of view (POV).
Tas runs Scroll Lab, where she creates landing pages for B2B companies.
But she does it entirely differently.
Common consensus says landing pages should be optimized for conversions. Get that form fill. Capture that lead.
But there's a problem: most landing pages have low conversion rates.
Why?
Because B2B buyers today don't make snap decisions. They research. They compare. They come back to your site 30-40 times before reaching out.
So Tas completely reframes it: Landing pages should optimize for consumption, not conversion.
Instead of trying to force an immediate conversion, Tas designs pages that give prospects everything they need to make a confident decision: pricing, process, proof, all of it.
The result?
Her clients are attracting more qualified leads and landing bigger deals. All because they're building trust first and asking for the sale second.
And her POV — along with her customers' success — ensures she has a full pipeline.
How to Create Your Magnetic POV
Ready to build your own attention-grabbing, mindshare-winning point of view? Here's your step-by-step guide:
Find the Friction: What's a common practice in your industry that doesn't actually serve the customer?
Name the New Way: Create a clear contrast between the old way (what everyone else does) and your new approach
Back It Up: Gather evidence, examples, and results that prove your approach works
Make It Memorable: Package it in a way that's easy to understand and repeat
And because who doesn't like a fill-in-the-blank template?
While everyone else focuses on [COMMON APPROACH], I believe we should focus on [YOUR APPROACH] because [INSIGHT ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMER].
This leads to [BETTER OUTCOME] instead of [COMMON PROBLEM].
Let's wrap
Your POV doesn't have to be controversial or completely revolutionary. It just needs to be true to your experience and valuable to your audience.
The goal isn't to get everyone to agree with you. It's to attract the right people who resonate with your perspective.
So, what's your reframe? What's the perspective that only you can share?
That's where your magnetic marketing starts.
Now go forth and build that mindshare. Your future clients are waiting for you.
Holler at you later, Devin
